Enter these 3 smoothie recipes all using 6 ingredients or less. If you are wanting an extra kick of protein to fill you up feel free to add a scoop of your favourite protein powder!

INGREDIENTS

Get Your Greens Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced

  • 1 cup chopped kale (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tsp. honey

Tropical Sunrise Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen mango slices

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple slices

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced

  • 1.5 cups coconut milk*

  • 1 sprig of fresh mint leaves

Berry Ginger Blast Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 (1-inch) piece of ginger, peeled

  • 1.5 cup unsweetened coconut milk*

  • 2 tsp. honey

*I used coconut milk from the carton for a lighter smoothie, but if you only have canned coconut milk it will work too!

DIRECTIONS

Whichever variation you choose, toss all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and drink up!
