Since most of us are trying to eat healthy in the new year we’ve got to spice up our vegetable sides. We cannot handle a side of steamed broccoli with a plain chicken breast. Any kind of diet along those lines is so bland and unappealing that we are bound to fail. So here’s one of many solutions. Hooray for cauliflower!
